Thank you for placing your order with AncestralPet. We appreciate your trust in supporting your pet's wellbeing.

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except as required under applicable law or at the sole discretion of AncestralPet.

Following shipment, please allow approximately 4–7 business days for delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. AncestralPet relies on third-party carriers for delivery and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Shipping of Gifts

If you have indicated that your order is a gift for someone, we will endeavour to get it delivered to you ASAP as we process them in our systems within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order from you.

However, we have found that some delivery times can take slightly longer than expected. If your package is arriving late, please be patient! It will be worth the wait.

Our Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made and packaged with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

At AncestralPet we offer a 60-day return policy to our customers. You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery confirmation to request a return. If more than 60 days have passed, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. It must be sealed, unopened and you are required to request a return within the 60-day window indicated above.

AncestralPet reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
